The New Global Arms Race

When I was 22 years old, I was handed the book Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill. It was such a gift in my life because it effectively rendered useless all previous ways of thinking.

Or so I thought…

I have read the book more than one hundred times, and I still don’t fully feel that I have committed to doing everything Napoleon Hill suggests and outlines as the surest and most scientific way of growing wealthier, after having interviewed the world’s most successful businessmen for 25 years.

Think of it… Napoleon Hill begins with Andrew Carnegie, then the richest man alive, is introduced to Henry Ford, Thomas Alva Edison, American presidents and many entrepreneurial luminaries and creates the single-most unique book of their shared principles and in the 18 years I have had this in my possession, I believe that I actually adhere to only 60% or 70% of the guidelines.

While I give myself a lot of heat over this lack of full commitment, I have asked scores of people if they’ve read the book and what they’ve done with it… in the 18 years that I have, NO ONE has done more than I have.

That was a startling revelation to me… I have read the book over 100 times and have lived by it, to the tune of executing daily about 60% or 70% of its framework, if I’m honest with myself, my research has proved that most people didn’t even finish READING IT ONCE!

My conclusion is that while absolutely NOTHING stops a human being from living the life of his dreams, 99.9% of people do not have what it takes to be Michael Jordan, Elon Musk or Donald Trump.

The effort required to commit to the ways of Andrew Carnegie or the Wright Brothers is simply too great for most.

In 1945, the atomic age was ushered in by the efforts of Albert Einstein and a group of a few top-level scientists. In August of that year, the only two bombs of such kind were dropped in populated areas.

These two decisions shaped the world we live in today.

Counterintuitively, the advent of the atomic bomb did not lead to more wars and to lethal conflicts, nor to more casualties, but to the quietest period in human history — to the Long Peace of the past 80 years.

The nuclear age is ending. Iran’s regime seeks to revive it, while the world is advancing to the new weapon of the 21^st century — Artificial Intelligence, in the use of armies.

Finally, after 30 years of confusion and grave mistakes in handling the world that was formed after the fall of the Soviet Union, the United States of America has voted for a Founding Father figure committed to the truth.

Vladimir Putin fully understands that his country, a nuclear powerhouse armed with thousands of warheads, cannot thrive in the 21^st century if its most significant assets are the expiring weapons of the 20^th century.

In his despair, he made his move on Ukraine, knowing that he must be the driver of the car, but he is getting weaker, now resorting to hiring soldiers from other countries.

Iran’s psychopathic leadership is also desperate, attempting to stall as much as they can, until they achieve nuclear capabilities.

To those who are sipping coffee and reading this in their air-conditioned homes, on a new laptop, while their fridge is full of fresh fruit and vegetables, standing on the shoulders of the giants that made the West great, everything is a given.

The decadent average Westerner doesn’t even know the planet is spinning around the sun after it is shown on a TikTok video.

This is why gold is rocketing; the smart money understands that in the West, a new form of thinking is gaining traction, and that form is threat detection.

The West is under attack, and war is coming, whether you’re an average millennial who is currently sitting on the lawn of some Ivy League University and chats with his buddies about some woke stupidity, or now.

We are entering the age of consequential man, and if you’re not up for it, you’ll be swallowed by it.
