China’s Achilles Heel Causes GOLD’S COLLAPSE

The Biggest Surprise of 2023

Describing France to you has resulted in many inbound emails… “Are you blind? Open the news and see the riots! You’re missing the big picture…” are the types of comments sent to us, but I didn’t just spend three weeks in Europe for nothing. I did it so I can judge for myself the difference between images on social media that portray the events versus the other 99% of the time.

I spoke with locals and workers in the bottom half of the labor pool, as well as top-tier managers and leaders.

The economies are resilient in Europe and the United States, and that is surprising to those that have been betting on a recession and tucking their funds in money market accounts while earning 6% as the real juice, the meaty steaks, have been getting the NASDAQ-like returns of the first six months of the year (40% and up).

The bottom line is that jobs are coming back to the West and people are making a living, which is causing the FED and the ECB to continue fighting inflation, and that plays against the gold thesis.

Once we see more balance in the labor statistics, gold will bottom.

93% Of Investors Generate Annual Returns, Which Barely Beat Inflation.

    WORLD-CLASS PORTFOLIO:
    UPDATES FOLLOWING THE MAJOR RALLY!

Adyen (ADYYF): I love this company for two reasons besides the obvious. For one, it’s a FinTech growth machine. Second, it’s a behemoth in Europe that allows immense diversification into a region that is beaten down and cheap.

If you believe in Europe coming back, Adyen is a solid choice.

    My Personal Limit: $1,350

Ansys (ANSS): This is one of the best businesses in the world. It develops and markets computer-aided engineering and multiphysics simulation software for product design, testing, and operation, and it offers its products and services to customers worldwide.

Let’s put this way: Ansys does what no other company can do for its customers. Let that statement sink in.

    My Personal Limit: $280

Axonics (AXNX): I want to start by saying Axonics is not profitable yet. Therefore, its risk profile is higher in a monetary environment of high interest rates.

Despite the known risks, its product is revolutionary in the medical device industry and its price is finally sensible.

I personally invested 0.8% of my portfolio in it recently.

    My Personal Limit: $50

Axon Enterprises (AXON): This is essentially a monopoly in manufacturing equipment for public safety. It’s not a regular business… it’s a global leader in body cameras and other critical tools for those in uniform.

It’s also priced for perfection. I am waiting for a big drop… maybe after a weak quarter or delays in purchases.

    My Personal Limit: $165

Bill.com (BILL): This is another unprofitable company with a huge growth profile ahead. This is the leading company in FinTech solutions for what we call SMBs (small and mid-sized businesses). If you believe in the heart of the American economic engine (the middle class), this is an obvious choice.
    It is also expensive.

    My Personal Limit: $90

As you can see, I am doing this in alphabetical order, and there’s only one company (so far) that is priced right for starting to build a position, but keep in mind that we published this portfolio in January before most of these rallied by 30%-70% in six months.

These were the first 5 of 33 in total.

So that you have a better way of thinking about these, there are less than 20 that I consider the best businesses in the world.

I am compiling all of this in the new PDF that we’re finalizing so you always have access. Out of these five, we consider Ansys a top-notch business (one of the 20).

    Best Regards,
